Mortgage certificate 

Case Description: 

Customer asking for Mortgage certificate

Resolution:

• Mortgage certificates can now be downloaded directly from the Admin portal with no need to get the LPO from the CX.

• We collect the LPO and raise the request to L2 only in case the generated mortgage certificate was incorrect (wrong value, bank name,..)

• Watania: CXs will have the option to download the mortgage certificate directly after policy purchase, mortgage certificate will be stamped

• NGI (National general insurance): if cx wants the physical stamped copy, we need to raise L2 request first as they need to inform the I before the CX can go and collect the certificate.

• If the original physical certificate is requested, advise the CX to visit the nearest IC branch to get it.

• You can provide the CX with the nearest IC branch/number as per the website

• Methaq : Mortgage certificate can be taken only from the insurance company,you can not download it from the admin.
