A customer is inquiring about how to upgrade their policy from TPL (Third Party Liability) to Comprehensive.
Direct Upgrade Not Possible:
Inform the customer that unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade directly from TPL to Comprehensive.
New Comprehensive Policy:
Advise the customer that they can purchase a new Comprehensive policy to replace the existing TPL policy.
Active Policy Note:
Clarify that only the latest policy will be active in the traffic department. The new Comprehensive policy will be the active one, and the TPL policy will no longer be applicable.
Cancellation Option:
If the customer wishes to cancel the TPL policy, refer them to MP2 SOP for cancellation procedures.
