Tips for your First Route
Congrats on claiming your first route! See below for tips other drivers have said are helpful for completing their first Veho route:
Before you leave your house:
Make sure the inside of your car and trunk are clear so you are able to properly fit all packages
If you are unable to fit all packages for your route, inform you may be unable to complete the route
Bring your driver’s license and a marker to mark each number stop on all packages to make each stop more efficient!
Plan to arrive at the warehouse no earlier than 15 min before your route start time

At the warehouse:
A Veho staff member will direct you to a parking spot and bring the packages assigned to your route to you
Use the Veho Driver app to scan all packages and label packages with the corresponding stop number using a marker
#ProTip: write the numbered stop on the side of each package so you can easily view each box
#ProTip: Load the packages in reverse order, with the later stops loaded first so you can easily access the packages for your earlier deliveries
After loading your vehicle, ensure that your side-view mirrors and back window is not obstructed by any packages to ensure that you can safely drive while on your route
If you cannot fit all of the packages for your route in your car without blocking your view, please alert a Veho staff member and they will help to solve the issue.
Completing deliveries to get the best customer ratings:
Always check the app for customer instructions at each delivery stop
Whenever possible place packages in a secure, covered area to avoid the package being damaged by weather or stolen
If you are delivering between 8am-8pm, ring the doorbell or knock to let the customer know their package has arrived (unless customer instructions say otherwise)
🚨 Never place packages in customer's mailboxes: be sure to not place any packages in a customers mailbox as it is against the law and will not meet the criteria for a successful delivery 🚨
