Taking your First Route

Congrats on signing up for your first route! Find out about what to expect as you start your journey as a Veho Driver! 🎉🚗💯

Arrive at the Veho warehouse up to 15 minutes before your route and be sure to check in on the Veho Driver app when you arrive

Enter the gate or ramp at the warehouse and check in with Veho staff with your route number. Some warehouses load packages in the main parking lot. 

Veho staff will provide with the packages on a cart with your assigned route. You'll then be able to start scanning and marking each package using the Veho Driver app to load into your vehicle.  Carts will have cardboard totes to organize packages. 

After scanning all your packages, start loading them into your vehicle. We suggest loading packages in reverse order from your route manifest so they are easy to access during your route.

Your ready to start your route! Click on the first stop in your manifest in the Veho Driver app. You will now see the customer's address and can use the Veho app or Apple Maps to navigate there.

Once you have arrived at the customer's address, go back to the Veho Driver app and click "I've Arrived". Follow the customers instructions as you deliver the package

The Veho Driver app will prompt you to take 2-3 pictures verifying the placement of the package and the building/unit number

It's that easy! Now you can continue on to the next stop until all packages have been delivered. Congrats on driving your first route with Veho!
