Contacting Support

Live Support:
Live support is available in-app from at least 1 hour prior to launch, until all drivers are off the road. Contact live support while you are on a route and support will assist you as soon as possible. See screenshots here


Non-Live Support:
If you have questions not related to a route, you can reach out to support@shipveho.com. Some issues you can reach out about included:

 

Contacting a Customer

If you need to contact a customer, select Call Customer (if available) on the delivery page while you are on a route. Click here for where to find the contact button in the Driver app
