Package Rollovers

Package Rollovers

Excessive or intentional delivery delays that result in one or more packages not being delivered on their scheduled delivery day, also called rollovers, have a major impact on the customer experience and Veho operations.

Ultimately, it is the driver partner’s responsibility to only accept routes that they are confident can be completed within the delivery window. Please consider this when selecting routes in the app or when accepting additional routes at a warehouse.

What is a rollover?

A rollover is when the route is not completed the same day as it was originally picked up and instead is completed the next day.

My child was sick, it’s not my fault. Why is this counting against me?

We understand that unforeseen issues occur from time to time. As long as these issues don’t occur in excess, your account will remain in good standing.
