Succeeding at University if you have ADHD can be really challenging at times. There is so much planning and organising required of you, things to remember, deadlines to meet, balancing life, work and social activities. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming and can impact on your sense of well-being and mental health. We have designed a workshop to give you a bit of space to reflect upon some key areas, which we hope will be helpful for you as well as give you a chance to meet other students with an ADHD diagnosis or working diagnosis.
Understanding and learning to accept your process and way of doing things
Getting organised to develop systems, planning, time-management and managing deadlines
Knowing where to go for support and things to watch out for
