The availability of this course in 2026 will be dependent on the number of interested students and available staffing. Learners selecting this course should also identify an alternative course if Year 11 Te Reo is not available next year.

Course Content 
Over the year you will study various topics. You will develop skills needed for NCEA Level 2 Te Reo Māori internal and external assessment. You will work on creating written and spoken work, as well as working on understanding of written and spoken language in authentic contexts.
Assessment 
In class assessments, school examinations.
Prior knowledge required
Prior knowledge required is acquired through Year 10 Te Reo or equivalent
