Foster Youth

If you have an IEP AND are a Foster Youth, you are eligible for MORE services.

You are able to add any of the services on this page to any of the other services from this website.

It is recommended that you ask your case manager, transition specialist and Foster Youth social worker to meet and sort out who is helping you with what you need. It is best to have this meeting during your 11th or 12th grade year.
