If you are older than 21 years of age and still need help with finding employent (no longer eligible for Student Services)
If you have graduated from college and/or are 18 years of age or older and would like to use DOR services for:
- Help with Job Search (examples - development of resume, interview coaching, paying for interview clothes and bus pass, etc.)
- Paying Employment expenses (examples - work uniform, work tools, union dues, etc.)
- Paying College/Training expenses (examples - tuition, assistive technology, books, etc.)
- - Paying for Transportation to work or college/training (DOR pays the amount for a monthly bus pass)

Meanwhile, Apply online here. You may still choose "Menlo Park" as the office closest to you, but your application will get routed to a counselor in a different office.

The DOR counselor may ask for a copy of your IEP and Psychoeducation report. If you do not have them or need a replacement, you can ask the district to send you one. Follow the procedure below.

Please include the following information in your request:
Your first and last name
Your contact information
Student's full legal name
Student's date of birth
Students and Parents may also come into The District Office to fill out a request form at the front desk.
If the student is 18 years of age or older the student is a legal adult and must request their own records unless a parent is provided with written permission from student.
The District, by law, must respond to parent requests for records within five (5) business days.
If a request is received after school hours, the date of the request will be the next business day.
