Every month we launch a new reading challenge that focuses and promotes the reading of a specific genre, topic, author, etc. We started this activity in 2020, the idea is to inspire a genuine interest for reading and suggest books that are outside of our "comfort zone". Also, our aim with this activity is to help readers improve their reading stamina, discover new authors, new stories and new genres, help them accomplish a personal reading goal and sharing the joy of reading with a community. Say CHALLENGE ACCEPTED and join the challenge!
At out lunch time book clubs we eat together, read, discuss the books, and carry out activities related to the books. At the moment, we offer book clubs for third, fourth and fifth grades. If you are interested in a book club for your year, please come and talk to us so we can set it up.
