Goals for this seciton:

Basic constructions are "drawings". Students should be able to create figures using correct measurements and tools such as a straightedge (ruler), a compass, protractor, etc.

Students should also be familiar with terminology used to describe figures such as bisect, perpendicular, parallel, etc.
