What is this Site?

This Page is home to Ramon Asselyn's Digital Art Portfolios. A Digital Art Portfolio is a Page dedicated to the piece of artwork as well as the Artist Statement that goes along with the piece of art.

An Artist Statement should include the following: a summary of tools, techniques, and processes to create a product demonstrating a complete understanding of the way the materials are utilized properly, constructed visual connections between emotions and the elements and principles of design in artwork, a critiqued and analyzed use of the elements of art and principles of design, judgments about a work from the arts that were supported by detailed evidence without any personal opinion interfering, and a demonstration how the arts relate to life in the real world by applying art skills outside of the classroom.
