Dana Fritz

Icy Pond

Allee

Bamboo and Snow

Zig Zag Bridge

My inspired photos

I was inspired to take these pictures because Dana's photographs show a sense of drama. So I took these photos with darker lighting so they give a sense of drama or look a little "creepy." Although these pictures show much more drama than Dana Fritz' they were more inspired by the adjustments she made to her photographs.

My inspired photos

I was inspired to take these pictures because in Judy Natal's photographs there is either a main focus or something that stands out to you when you first look at the picture. The picture on the left was inspired by her photographs that have a main focus. In this case it was the flower vase. The photo on the left was inspired by her photographs that have something that stands out. In this case it was the rose in the pencil holder.

Digital Artists

Artist Statement:

For this project we had to research two digital artists. We picked four of each photographers photographs. Then we picked one of each photographers photo and compared/contrasted the two photos, and describe why we like the the photos and why. During this project I learned about different techniques photographers use and why, and I learned about a lot of digital artists I have never heard of.
