Digital Compositions

Artist Statement: For this assignment, I was tasked with taking 18 photographs representing the 18 different photo styles and techniques. This really allowed me to experiment and play with my camera to get cool and interesting compositions. The only thing that challenged me was finding specific lighting that the style/technique called for, like silhouette and low/high key lighting. It was fun to be able to try out the different styles and showed me the variety in what I can create with photography. I edited very minimally to keep the photo true to life as my camera saw it. The edits I did make were made to further the style of the photo I was trying to express.
