Reflection
I found this year difficult to complete. I was challenged by a number of things, such as due dates, challenging projects, and mainly lack of motivation. Most of these projects were stuff I wasn't familiar with, and wasn't really passionate about, so I found it hard to make myself work on them, when I did not want to. Aside from that, I am proud of how many projects I was able to accomplish this year, though I am not very proud of most of the work, as it was all new to me, and I wasn't very skilled. I am also proud of my second place award in the Junior Duck Stamp Competition, as I would have never entered had I not been in this class. My biggest struggles this year were the very short timeframes we were given to finish each project and also motivating myself to get the art in on time. I have a few projects where i was frustrated with the assignments or rules of the project I had to abide by, and it shows in the final work, such as in my value strips, where I found them rather boring and useless. But also I am not the teacher, so I have no place judging the work we are asked to do, so I'll just say that I tried hard in this class this year, but was frustrated by many things throughout the corse.
