Health and Physical Education (H & PE) involves you in a wide range of practical and theoretical activities that help to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. H & PE promotes the development of physical fitness and sporting skills, healthy attitudes and health-promoting behaviour.
You will focus on three areas; The Health of Individuals & Populations, The Self & Relationships, and Movement & Physical Activity. These areas cover the things that develop and maintain a person’s physical, social and mental wellbeing.
Through this subject you may also develop an interest in careers ranging from Health & Welfare to Human Movement & Physical Education.
