Clothing – enough clothes for about 2 weeks. We do not have a uniform and tend to dress casually. Clothing should be clean, inoffensive and not overly-revealing.
Cold and wet weather gear – rain and windproof coat and warm jumpers and boots. Overseas students from warm countries may need to purchase appropriate clothing when they arrive.
Sports and swimming gear (if required)
Washing kit – soap, cloth, personal toiletries, styling products etc.
Towels for showers/baths and swimming
Reliable alarm clock
Cup, plate, bowl, knife, fork, spoon (named) for own use in student kitchen
Hair dryer (if required)
General stationery items – everything you will need for school. These items can be bought from local shops
School bag big enough to carry books and stationery
laptop and mobile phone
Photos and mementos to decorate your room
We recommend that you should bring no more than 2 suitcases of belongings as storage in bedrooms is limited. Although not compulsory, clothing should be named so it can be returned easily.
Students may bring a bike or skateboard but they must be stored in the allocated outdoor storage.
Games consoles, TV's and high-wattage music systems and speakers
Any electrical cooking items- kettle, toaster, tea/coffee machine , rice cooker, fridge etc.
Electric blankets, heaters or fans (we will provide these if needed)
