Enlisted Personnel (aka Non-Commissioned Officers) are crew-members who have not yet completed the Officers Training School course through STARFLEET Academy.
Crew-members are able to earn rank promotions through a system of required and elective requirements. When you meet the correct number of requirements, you have earned your promotion.
The following must all be met in order to qualify for promotion:
("promotion" to E-1 is the same as joining the Dauntless. All new recruits are assigned this rank by default)
Membership: The member must have a Discord account connected to the USS Dauntless Discord server.
The following must all be met in order to qualify for promotion:
Standing Grade: The member must hold the grade E-1.
Orientation: The member has completed the New Recruit Orientation course.
The following must all be met in order to qualify for promotion:
Standing Grade: The member must hold the grade E-2.
Time in Grade: Fifteen days have passed since the member's last promotion, and the member has been actively involved in USS Dauntless activities in that time.
Orientation: The member has completed the New Recruit Orientation course.
Assignment: The member must have requested assignment to either a Standard Position or Duty Station aboard the Dauntless.
One of the following must be met in order to qualify for promotion:
STARFLEET: The member has become a member in good standing of STARFLEET the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc since his/her last promotion.
Additional Time in Grade: Fifteen days have passed since the member's previous promotion, and the member has been actively involved in USS Dauntless activities in that time.
Attendance: The member has attended at least one Dauntless event since his/her last promotion.
Uniform: The member has a certified correct and accurate uniform.
Logging: The member has had at least one article published on the USS Dauntless website or Crow's Nest newsletter since his/her last promotion.
Recruiting: The member has recruited one new member to the USS Dauntless since his/her last promotion.
Physical Fitness: The member has passed the Physical Fitness Test since his last promotion.
Commendation: Given at the sole discretion of the Commanding Officer in recognition of meritorious service or conduct.
The following must all be met in order to qualify for promotion:

Orientation: The member has completed the New Recruit Orientation course.
Assignment: The member must have requested assignment to either a Standard Position or Duty Station aboard the Dauntless.
Two of the following must be met in order to qualify for promotion:
STARFLEET: The member is a member in good standing of STARFLEET the International Star Trek Fan Association, Inc.
Time in Grade: One hundred and fifty days have passed since the member's previous promotion, and the member has been actively involved in USS Dauntless activities in that time.
Attendance: The member has attended at least one Dauntless event since his/her last promotion. This criteria counts double if the event was attended while wearing a CAUC uniform.
Studies: The member has completed at least two STARFLEET Academy courses since his/her last promotion.
Command: The member has hosted or commanded at least one Dauntless event since his/her last promotion.
Uniform: The member has a certified correct and accurate uniform.
Service: The member has volunteered for a duty station aboard the USS Dauntless, and performed it consistently for a period of no less than ninety days since his/her last promotion.
Logging: The member has had at least one article published on the USS Dauntless website or Crow's Nest newsletter since his/her last promotion.
Fleet Service: The member has volunteered for service in a Regional department or task team and served in that capacity for a period of no less than ninety days since his/her last promotion.
Recruiting: The member has recruited one new member to the USS Dauntless since his/her last promotion.
TRACOM Award: The member has been awarded at least one Training Award by the STARFLEET Marine Corps since his/her last promotion.

The member has a certified correct and accurate uniform.
The member has volunteered for a duty station aboard the USS Dauntless, and performed it consistently for a period of no less than ninety days since his/her last promotion.

The member has completed at least fifteen STARFLEET Academy courses since his/her last promotion.
The member has hosted or commanded at least two Dauntless event since his/her last promotion.
The member has a certified correct and accurate uniform.

The member has a certified correct and accurate standard duty uniform (SDU).
The member has volunteered for a duty station aboard the USS Dauntless, and performed it consistently for a period of no less than ninety days since his/her last promotion.
The member has had at least three articles published on the USS Dauntless website or Crow's Nest newsletter since his/her last promotion.
The member has volunteered for service in a Regional department or task team and served in that capacity for a period of no less than ninety days since his/her last promotion.
The member has recruited six new members to the USS Dauntless since his/her last promotion.
The member has been awarded at least one Training Award by the STARFLEET Marine Corps since his/her last promotion.
The member has been awarded at least one award by STARFLEET Academy since his/her last promotion.
