Get a blank peice of paper.

Draw a long overlapping line that begins and ends in the same place.

Pick a space defined by the original line and fill it with parralel lines.

Do the same in another area. Make sure your lines go in a different direction than the first ones.

Continue doing the same in other areas.

Fill in all the spaces. You can also try using different kinds of parralel lines.
