Make a horizon line. Do not put it right in the middle of the page.

Put a vanishing point on each side of the paper on the horizon line.

All distance lines go towards these two points.

All up and down lines go up and down even with the side of the page.

All distance lines go to one of the two points

Objects get smaller as they get further away.
