My reflections composition is called “Imperfect Harmonies,” because I included a lot of things that may sound a little weird, hence “Imperfect,” but it still sounds good, hence “Harmonies.” This ties into the theme of “Accepting Imperfection” because it doesn’t sound like it is correct at some times, but it still sounds good. I was influenced to add weird sounding notes because of the theme. Accepting Imperfection can be hard, but we all have to do it. If we don’t we’ll never get anywhere because we’re stuck on making one thing perfect.
