Dear families,
Thank you for your flexibility and support through this transition period. It has been a learning curve for both teachers and students. We have managed to continue our learning and establish essential agreements for online learning. We hope that next week you are able to take some time to connect as a family and find time for relaxation. Learning will resume on Sunday March 22, 2020. Please continue to check emails for updates.
This week students have had the opportunity to review learning from class and establish new learning routines with their homeroom teachers. Online learning presents us with new challenges we thank you for your patience and cooperation in helping your child to be successful online. Thank you to all families for their support on our second day of continuous distance learning. It has been great to see our learners become more familiar and confident with the learning platforms that we have introduced. We understand that some families might be facing challenges and difficulties as we adapt to our new learning environment, so please ensure you continue to reach out and ask for help when needed. Your feedback is important to us as we embark on this online learning journey, so please keep in touch and send us your thoughts.
To facilitate your online participation, please download the Seesaw Class App onto your home devices using the following link and follow the step to login to your child’s online e-portfolio. https://web.seesaw.me/platforms. This app will enable you to upload your child’s work, videos and stories directly to their e-portfolio space. We will be available online tomorrow to support you with any questions.
