Dear Families,
We had another amazing day of on-line learning today! We are happy to see the level of student engagement and new students joining us during our Live meetings on Zoom!
Today we managed to do the following things:
Joined a LIVE WHOLE CLASS MEETING on Zoom at 8:00 am: https://zoom.us/j/3553744745 (It is essential that your child joins the meeting on time at 8:00 am so that we don’t have to go over the same information again and again.)
CHILDREN'S DAILY WORK:
Went to Mathletics and “PLAY LIVE” against our friends at 9 am. If students were not able to join then, they completed at least 2 activities from NUMBER SENSE - COUNTING or NUMBER SENSE - NUMERICAL OPERATIONS.
Went to Raz-kids and read at least 2 books (Listen, Record, Do the Quiz).
Wrote about 1 day in our plant’s life by answering some of the questions: Can you already see the roots? Has it started shooting? How does it look? Do you think it is already time to put your plant in a pot with soil?).
Had a shake break. We followed the link to Better when I’m dancing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=94mkftwxT7Y and showed our best moves. An adult recorded a small part of it and shared on Seesaw.
Math - Search the room for 10 - information was shared on Seesaw in the Activities section. 5) As it was our PE day, we completed the PE task that Mr Bartek set for us.
We were also available online, via email and Seesaw from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm to help with any issues.

We wish you all a well-deserved break. Stay safe!
Warm regards,
Your PYP 1 Team

Dear Families,
A huge thank you to the parents and children who have tried posting on Seesaw to share what you have learned today. Online learning can only work with your help and support, and we appreciate your active involvement on our online platform. Please expect a morning message from teachers every day, as well as replies to your wonderful messages, photos and videos. Your feedback is important to us as we embark on this online learning journey, so please keep in touch and send us your thoughts.
To facilitate your online participation, please download the Seesaw Class App onto your home devices using the following link and follow the step to login to your child’s online e-portfolio. https://web.seesaw.me/platforms. This app will enable you to upload your child’s work, videos and stories directly to their e-portfolio space. We will be available online tomorrow to support you with any questions.
We are sure that there will be some challenges as we learn to manage our learning and teaching in this new domain; however, we are all here to support each other and learn together. Our virtual doors are always open, so please email if you have concerns, suggestions, feedback or questions.
Have a wonderful evening,
Your PYP 1 Team
