Appointments
Instructors can create schedules for virtual office hours using the Appointments feature in Zoom. Once a schedule is created, students can book appointments from within the Seminar link of the course.
Navigate to the course in Brightspace.
Select More Tools > Seminar from the Navbar.
To the right of the Zoom logo, select the Appointments tab.
Under Bookable Schedules, there will be a list of available schedules.
Clicking on the applicable schedule will bring the student to a list of available appointment slots.
Select the desired meeting time.
A window will pop up confirming the meeting date and time.
Select Book to schedule the meeting with the instructor.
Once an appointment is booked, an email with the appointment details and Zoom link will be sent to the student. The meeting will also show under the Upcoming Events tab. Students can Join or Cancel meeting slots here.
