The Salesforce Project Management Dashboard for Mobile opportunities offers a concise overview of mobile projects and their progress, emphasizing the importance of regular monitoring. Designed to be checked at least three times a day — at the beginning, mid-shift, and end of shift — it categorizes opportunities by Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) and segments the pipeline by RMR per Project Manager. Additionally, it provides insights into project distribution across territories and offers detailed information on individual opportunities. Overall, it aids in prioritizing projects, tracking progress, and facilitating strategic planning for mobile initiatives within the organization.
