Once the installation has been completed and validated, we provide the information to our onboarding team. Since the site was already enabled during the configuration process, this step ensures the solidity of the customer's solution by verifying that the hooks are still in place, Pro-Fit is still tracking devices, and all backend steps are functioning as intended. If any changes were required, such as adjusting port locations for different devices or adding extra equipment post-enablement, this is where they are addressed. The Onboarding team oversees this step in our flow.
