Requesting Equipment
This stage of the process involves a seamless transition to the configuration team, where equipment is requested. It's crucial to ensure that all necessary information is compiled accurately at this juncture.
Once an Opportunity is ready to be given to config a few steps must happen to begin requesting equipment:
An F-number is assigned to the Unit Tab of the Opportunity
Once the F-number is assigned this triggers A Zuper Job to be automatically created by the system created by PM.
A final and accurate version of the Site Design has been completed.
The BoM(Breakout of Materials) matches the specified requirements of the Site Design.
The WO(Work Order) matches the listed materials in the BoM.
All Shipping information has been listed in the specified areas, to include shipping notifications or alternate addresses.
Refreshes/Recontracts have been clearly outlined specific to config with what equipment if any are needed to complete the installation. It may be worth ensuring the Site Design also lists correctly what equipment is being updated.
To communicate with configuration that this site can have equipment pulled all information associated with the Opportunity must be added to the DOC CENTER (DOC CENTER) and listed "Ready For Config".
