Verifying Pro-View
After Enablement is complete, portal views must be verified before disconnecting the site and preparing for shipment.
After Enablement is complete, portal views must be verified before disconnecting the site and preparing for shipment.
To begin:
Open Pro-View in a web browser.
Login in using your given username and password.
Navigate to the Site List search bar.
Type in either the name of the opportunity or the unit number.
Select the correspong name in the list of sites.
Under cameras & live views there verify live views for all cameras.
Each camera should have a green dot associated to signify a good feed.
Any red dots need to be troubleshooted and verified with onboarding.

In case you run into errors....
First, get with a fellow PM, as they may be able to explain why something is a certain way in the Customer Portal. If they do not know then go to the Fixed Site Enablement & On-Boarding Chat group, as they are responsible for enabling the views.
