Once the installation has successfully passed all steps and validations, it falls upon the PM to provide the final approval and close the installation. Before closing, the PM must revisit all previous steps and ensure that every process has been completed with the utmost accuracy. This stage represents the final quality phase gates that trigger change of responsibility and customer experience ownership to Customer Support.Â

Is Zuper updated with all needed information?
Could someone visit this record and understand everything that occurred during the install?
Does the job folder contain all required information in completion?
Have you followed up with the customer to insure satisfaction?
