Once the Project Specialist adds the site to the Doc Center, this initiates the initial steps of the configuration process.
After the equipment is pulled, we begin configuring all devices in preparation for installation as if we were onsite.
This step in the process ensures that all standard procedures have been followed, with the appropriate documentation recorded in the corresponding job folder.
This step is managed by the onboarding team. Within the configuration phase, we prepare the site for enablement and hand-off. Once this process is complete, we verify its completion.
After the site is fully enabled, we commence preparations for shipping. Prior to departure, it is necessary for both the project specialist and the shipping and receiving department to sign off on the package.
