Understanding Site Assignment
Site Assignment plays a crucial role in the configuration process on the mobile side of project management. Once an installation is scheduled, it's essential to assign the units to the specific opportunity. This ensures that the units are seamlessly plug-and-play-ready after installation, minimizing wait times and mitigating risks for the customer. Effective collaboration between Project Management and Production, coupled with consistent communication, is imperative for this process.

As shown in Figure one, views for both cameras are present in the customer facing portal. All of the necessary backend configurations are completed in preparation.
After Site Enablement has been successfully completed, the production team will log in to the customer portal to verify if all views are displaying correctly. Following verification, a copy of the views will be placed within the QA sheet for further review and documentation.
