The New User Request Form ensures your New Hire has a Pitkin County email address to access Munis Employee Self Service. All employees must have a Pitkin County email address even if they are hired through an outside agency.

FOR SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT ONLY:
You must schedule CJIS certification to access secured buildings such as the Communication Center or Jail ahead of time given that this involves fingerprinting.
Use the Hardware/Software Request Form if your New Hire will be needing Technology equipment in order to perform their job. Such as: token, ipad, monitor, etc.
Take this opportunity to think of any other equipment your New Hire may need if working remotely.
For office accommodation or office furniture within our buildings, please contact facilities.
The purpose of the Building Access Request Form is to allow your New Hire to have an access badge to enter our buildings.
This request goes to Human Resources and you will need to attach a head-shot.

New Hires are required to meet with an HR representative to process and verify their I-9 documents within 3 work shifts from their start date.
HR will send a calendar invite to the new employee and copy the manager to schedule time to complete I9 Verification.
HR will send a calendar invite for New Hire Orientation and copy the manager.
It is the manager's responsibility to ensure attendance to both meetings.
