The introductory period of employment is six (6) months in length (9 months for the Dispatch department). It provides the opportunity to demonstrate abilities to achieve a satisfactory performance level and determine whether the position meets expectations. In addition, the County uses this period to evaluate capabilities, work habits, and overall performance; for more information, read Policy 3.20.
You must complete these mandatory training's during your Introductory Period:
ICS – 100 training
Harassment Prevention Training
Cyber Security Training.

These check-ins are assigned to you via NeoGov every six months. You will then meet with your direct supervisor to discuss!
