Standing Ovation! Paid Time Off (PTO)
Standing Ovation! Paid Time Off (PTO)
Our Standing Ovation! PTO Recognition Award allows Supervisors (and above) to reward employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) for going above and beyond expectations that are in alignment with our County Values.
The purpose of this recognition does not include intended essential job functions from the job description and should be used for employees who truly go above and beyond their call of duty. This should be requested sparingly.
There is a max allotment of 40 hours per employee per year.
High Five! $50 Award
High Five! $50 Award
Our High Five! $50 Award program allows anyone across the County to nominate another employee for their efforts with a project, task or other action that is aligned with our County values and deemed worthy of such recognition.
The purpose of this recognition is intended to say thanks to someone for exibiting one of our six organizational values and doing a great job.
There is a max allotment of 2 High Five! Awards per employee per year.
