Our Standing Ovation! PTO Recognition Award allows Supervisors (and above) to reward employees with Paid Time Off (PTO) for going above and beyond expectations that are in alignment with our County Values.
The purpose of this recognition does not include intended essential job functions from the job description and should be used for employees who truly go above and beyond their call of duty. This should be requested sparingly. Employees in their EOIP are not eligible.
There is a max allotment of 40 hours per employee per year.
Our High Five! $50 Award program allows anyone across the County to nominate another employee for their efforts with a project, task or other action that is aligned with our County values and deemed worthy of such recognition.
The purpose of this recognition is intended to say thanks to someone for exibiting one of our six organizational values and doing a great job.
There is a max allotment of 2 High Five! Awards per employee per year.
The two programs are not intended to reward employees for attending training or learning and development opportunities. The County does support all employees with opportunities, please speak with your supervisor.
