Out-of-Classification Pay (OCP) helps ensure services continue when staffing challenges arise for various reasons.
It provides additional compensation to regular full-time employees who temporarily assume significant duties or a substantially increased workload beyond their regular job responsibilities due to a vacancy, an extended employee absence, a staffing shortage, or other critical business need.

Stipend based on classification of work being performed
Workload Coverage,Technician/Coordinator/ Specialist/Analyst : $160 per pay period ($2/hr)
Administrator/Supervisor: $180 per pay period ($2.25/hr)
Manager: $378 per pay period ($4.725/hr)
