Within this part of my research, I will be looking into specific individuals within the careers that I have looked at and what they did to achieve their current positions. For instance, "where do they currently work?" and "what is there role within that job?", these are self explanatory as I will just be outlining their positions within their current employment positions whilst just giving a slight overview with who they are. Afterwards I will be looking into what their responsibilites are within that field of work and I will hopefully be able to point out just how exactly they achieved that position, where they started and what did they do to achieve the position they currently work at, this will include stating just how many positions it took to get there. Of course, realistically not everything that everyone has done has been documented online, such as the trials or tribulations that they had to go through to get there and not even counting the many hours and work it took to secure it. Then after researching them, I will then apply that same logic to myself being in their starting position and what exactly I will need to achieve a similar position, for example:

After agreeing and setting up a time & date, I held an interview discussing his career & work, which can be found in podcast format below:
One of my biggest takeaway from the interview was definitely how Lee went to Confetti Institute in Nottingham, when talking about it I was quite intrigued, so it is definitely a University I am going to look into.
