ABOUT ME

I am Jack Lewis, I have always dreamed of traveling the world and indulging in everything the world has got to offer, I will stop at nothing to achieve that dream! Of course, there's a lot which needs to be done before I can truly complete my goal, that's why I'm here today!

As of recent time, I know it has been rough on everyone, but as a society I know we can all pull through! Even if times are hard & travel is limited, there's beauty everywhere in the world, even on our backdoor steps!

I currently do a lot of filmmaking in my free time, having made a lot of my own personal work which you can found in my Videography & Photography tabs. I enjoy working in a directorial position because I like to hear everyone's opinion on a piece but in the end, create something I am proud of from my own initial vision.

But I've also done quite a lot of video editing for other's, from doing business profile pictures, commercial shots for real estate & even gaming videos for internet influencers, because I like making people's initial visions come true.

As a college student, currently enrolled in the 2nd year of level 3 Creative Media. I have previously worked with TedTalk, Peterborough College & Midlands Managed properties, with commercial photography / videography & digital marketing respectively.

I have achieved Level 1 Business Administration, Level 2 in Travel & Tourism, currently achieving my Level 3 in Creative Media, accumulating to over 5 years of college courses behind me, including my passed Maths & English, all achieved at Peterborough College.

With other notable achievements being the Winner of best Student Short Film at the Gateway Film Festival 2022

Currently I wish to move more into the photography sector but do have training and experience with many different mediums, as well as enjoying Video Editor, Colour Grading & Sound Design.

I have experience using multiple Sony cameras, these include the FX3 and A6100's, which allows me to feel comfortable using majority of Sony cameras. Furthermore I have experience using Canon EOS 7D Mark II, Canon 700D and Canon 2000D, which, like the Sony cameras allows me to feel comfortable with any new Canon models. If I had to say, one of my personal joles is to learn how to effectively use and utilise Red's.

For equipment, I have used and enjoyed majority of DJI ronin's catalogue of Gimbals, such as the DJI s, DJI osmo pocket and RS 3.
