Unit Presentations:
A parallel circuit: is a circuit that has multiple paths for electricity to flow.
Parallel Circuit Laws
Voltage = The voltage in a parallel is the same throughout the circuit
Et = E1 = E2 = E3 ... = En
Vt = V1 = V2 = V3 .... = Vn
Amperage = The amperage in a parallel is the sum of all amperages equals the total amperage
It = I1 + I2 + I3 ... + In
At = A1 + A2 + A3 ... + An
Resistance = The total resistance in a parallel is less than the least resistor
Rt = 1/ ( (1/R1) + (1/R2) + (1/R3) ... + (1/Rn) )
Ωt = 1/ ( (1/Ω1) + (1/Ω2) + (1/Ω3) ... + (1/Ωn) )
