Annual Verification for Returning Students

The Annual Verification for the 2023-2024 school year is available now. This is the time to communicate any specific changes in your child’s life that may result in the way the student will be served by their campus and to update their guardian's contact information.

Note: Online forms are not available in the Mobile App.

All online forms can be accessed and completed in a web browser.

STEPS TO COMPLETE ANNUAL VERIFICATION FOR RETURNING STUDENTS FOR 2023-2024

This is the account you currently use to check your child's attendance, grades, test results, etc.

Items to Note:

Online forms are to be completed in a browser on a computer, phone or tablet.
We recommend forms be completed in Safari or Google Chrome.
Online Forms are not available in the Skyward Mobile App.

STEPS TO COMPLETE ANNUAL VERIFICATION

Log into Skyward Family Access from a computer, tablet or phone using a web browser.

If you do not see the 23-24 Annual Verification Tile, you will need to click the down arrow to the right of the house located in the top left corner of the screen and then select Family Access from the list.

Click on the 23-24 Annual Verification tile.

Review
- Review All Information
  - If needed, click "Edit" to make any corrections. The Edit button can be found on the right side of each Step.
    - Once the change has been made to the Step, click Complete & Review to return to the Review Screen.
- Once you have verified all information:
  - Check the "I confirm that all of the above information is correct to the best of my ability." check box.
- Click Submit Form
  - Once submitted, you will receive a "Thank You" message on the screen.
