Skyward Family Access Support
What is Skyward Family Access?
In Skyward Family Access, you can view your child’s attendance, grades, academic history, test results, upcoming assignments, and other important information. If you have more than one child in district you can view all of them using one login. Your children will have their own accounts, where they will check grades, complete online assignments, receive notifications, and more.
Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and do not have a login, who do I call?
A: Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to send you an e-mail to get started with setting up your account.
Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and forgot my username/password, where do I start?
Note: You must have an E-mail on file with your child's school to receive further instructions.
Q: Is my child's information in Skyward in real time?
A: Yes. All grades, attendance, and other student data is in real time.
Q: How do I go about updating my student's emergency contacts/health alerts?
A: We recommend you get in contact with your child's campus regarding any changes as soon as possible.
Q: Does my child need my username and password to see their grades?
A: No, each student has their own account. They will use their district login and password to view their grades, attendance, etc.
The Skyward Dashboard is the home screen for most features and online forms. If you have more than one child in the district they will all appear on the dashboard.

The Portfolio area of Family Access enables you to view your child or children's portfolio attachments. You can see a list of your child or children's attachments such as transcript attachments or report cards for your child, which includes the name and type for each attachment. The Returning Student Online Registration Process for the 2020-2021 school year is available now – July 15. This is the time to communicate any specific changes in your child’s life that may result in the way the student will be served by their campus and to update their emergency contacts.
