Calendar

You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.

Alternatively, you can navigate to Menu Button -> Family Access -> Calendar and then select Calendar under Features.

Click Settings near the top right of the screen. 

Check the box for each option you wish to Show on Calendar. 

You can modify the color of each event or assignment that displays on the calendar by choosing the color from the drop-down list to the right of the checkbox.

The Calendar Events checkbox indicates whether you will see Events created within the school calendar. For example, you might see events such as spring break and parent-teacher conferences.

The District Activity Events checkbox indicates whether you will see events for activities that your children do not participate in. For example, if the varsity basketball team qualifies for the state tournament, you might see an event for the state basketball game.

The Weekends checkbox indicates whether you will see weekend events in addition to weekdays.

For each student, you see check boxes for Assignments and Student Activity Events.

The Assignments checkbox indicates whether you will see Assignments for classes your child or children are enrolled in. For example, you might see assignments such as quizzes or worksheets.

The Student Activity Events checkbox indicates whether you will see events for Activities your child or children participate in. For example, if your child participates in JV basketball, you might see an event for a JV basketball game in the field house.

Click save at the bottom of the Settings window to save the display options. 

Click an assignment or event if you wish to view additional details. 

Click Close near the bottom right of the window once you have viewed additional details.
