Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and do not have a login, how do I get one?

A: Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to send you an e-mail with a link to setup your account.


Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and forgot my username/password, what do I do?

A: Click here or visit the PISD Skyward Login Page and click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link under the Sign In button.

    • Note: You must have an E-mail on file with your child's school to receive further instructions.


Q: If I have a family access login for each child, can I merge my accounts?

A: Yes! Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to merge your accounts if all the appropriate criteria is met.


Q: I logged into my family access account, but I don't see all my children. How do I fix this?

A: Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to merge your accounts if all the appropriate criteria is met.


Q: Can I view my child's grades and attendance using an app (application) on my phone or tablet?

A: Yes! Skyward Mobile Access is available for free in the App Store and Google Play Store. Download the app today!


Q: Is my child's information in Skyward in real time?

A: Yes. All grades, attendance, and other student data is in real time.


Q: How do I go about updating my student's emergency contacts/health alerts?

A: We recommend you get in contact with your child's campus regarding any changes as soon as possible.


Q: I got locked out of my account, how do I regain access?

A: Click here or visit the Pasadena ISD Skyward Login Page and click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link.


Q: Does my child need my username and password to see their grades?

A: No, each student has their own account. They will use their district login and password to view their grades, attendance, etc.
