What is Skyward Family Access?

In Skyward Family Access, you can view your child’s attendance, grades, academic history, test results, upcoming assignments, and other important information. If you have more than one child in district you can view all of them using one login. Your children will have their own accounts, where they will check grades, complete online assignments, receive notifications, and more.

how to set up your Skyward account:

Skyward will send you a Family Access username to the email address you have on file through the district’s student information system, Skyward Qmlativ.

Step 1: Verify your e-mail address is on file.

If you do not have an email on file, please contact your child's campus to have one added. Once you have an email address on file, you will receive an email that includes your Family Access username and a link to reset your password. 

Note: If you do not have an e-mail account you may set one up for free on Google.

Step 2: Reset your Password

After the system sends you the email to reset your password, you have 24 hours to access the reset password link before it expires. If your link expires, you can still gain access to your account by clicking on the “Click Here” link in the email. Once you have clicked on the link, it will take you to the Skyward Login Page.

On the sign-on page, click the “Forgot your Username or Password?” link. This link will take you to a page where you can enter either the username you were sent or the email address you have on file with your child's school. Click the submit button and an email will be sent to you containing a new reset link.

Step 3: Login

Once logged in, you can access information about your student(s) by clicking the appropriate tile on your dashboard.  You can view general information about your student(s) on the Student Profile, information about calendars, class schedules, course requests, grades, assignments, attendance, standardized test scores, and much more.

Troubleshooting an existing account:

Q: I forgot my username/password, what do I do?

A: On a computer or mobile device, click here or visit the PISD Skyward Login Page and click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link under the Sign In button.

Q: I got locked out of my account, how do I regain access?

A: On a computer or mobile device, click here or visit the Pasadena ISD Skyward Login Page and click the "Forgot your Username or Password?" link.

Q: If I have a family access login for each child, can I merge my accounts?

A: Yes! Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to merge your accounts if all the appropriate criteria is met.

Q: I logged into my family access account, but I don't see all my children. How do I fix this?

A: Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to merge your accounts if all the appropriate criteria is met.
