Click the Health tile.

You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.

Alternatively, you can navigate to Menu Button -> Family Access -> Health and then select Health under Features.

Individual Health Plan (IHP) records can be found under the health tile. IHPs are created to help school office staff maintain important health information for each student. For example, you may view an IHP record for your child who has asthma. This record would provide guidance to our office staff on the appropriate response if your child were to have an asthma attack.
