Academic History

You can view your child or children's Academic History in the Academic History area of Family Access. You can view your child's academic history for all school years. This screen excludes the current school year. If you would like to view grades for the current year, click the "Grading" tile on the dashboard.

You can select a tile under a specific child’s name or under the View All Students heading. If you wish to select a different student’s information, you can do so by selecting that student’s name at the top left of the screen.

Alternatively, you can navigate to Menu Button -> Family Access -> Grading and then select Academic History under Features.

You see the Academic History screen, where the student(s) and their grades are separated by school year and sorted by class name.

Viewing Class Details

Select the class name you wish to view additional details for.

A pop-up window displays a header with the course name and course information, such as the Teacher, Section Code, Display Period, Times, Days, Dates, Building, Room, Curriculum, and the Extension.

Click Close near the bottom right of the window when you are finished viewing grade information.

Viewing Grade Details

Select the grade you wish to view additional details for.

A pop-up window displays the grade calculations if applicable.

Click Cancel near the bottom right of the window when you are finished viewing grade information.
