New Student Registration
The New Student Registration form is for Students New to Pasadena ISD, meaning the child has never attended any campus in Pasadena ISD, regardless of age. The New Student Enrollment module in Skyward Family Access will allow you to fill in information prior to your Enrollment Appointment.

Before You Begin:
Required Information Prior to beginning the New Student Registration Process
Parent/Guardian will need an E-Mail address to create a new account.
If you are a Parent/Guardian that already has access to Skyward Family Access in Pasadena ISD, you do not need to sign up for a new account. If you are unsure if you already have an account, you may enter your e-mail address on the Forgot Username/Password Screen. An e-mail will then be sent to you with your username and a password reset link. If you need further assistance with an existing account, reach out to your child's campus for additional support.
Know your Zoned Campus
Proof of Residency
Save a copy of your Proof of Residency to your phone or computer before starting.
Parents/Guardian should complete the online form at home.
Before school starts, you will need to set up an appointment with the campus to complete the enrollment process.
Items to Note:
Online forms can be completed in a web browser on a computer, phone or tablet or in the Skyward Mobile App.
We recommend forms be completed in Safari or Google Chrome.

This is the account you currently use to check your child's attendance, grades, test results, etc.

Complete the required fields to request an account you will use to log in to a secure New Student Enrollment system. Please provide legal guardian information for the child you would like to enroll. Once you receive your username and entered your new password, continue with the steps below.

STEPS TO COMPLETE NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
Log into Skyward Family Access from a computer, tablet, phone using a web browser or Skyward Mobile App.
Browser: If you are using a web browser and do not see the 2023-2024 New Student Tile, you will need to click the down arrow to the right of the house located in the top left corner of the screen and then select New Student Enrollment from the list.
Mobile App: If you are using the Skyward Mobile App and do not see the 2023-2024 New Student Tile, you will need to follow the steps below:
In the Skyward Mobile App, Open the Main Menu
Select the Current Portal: “Family Access”
Select the “New Student Enrollment” Portal
Select “Online Form”
Select “My Online Forms History”
Click the Home Button on the app
Click the “New Student” Enrollment Form

Click on the 2023-2024 New Student Tile tile.
This form has eleven sections:
Note: All Fields on the Online Form marked with a Red Asterisk (*) must be filled in or checked off.

Turn on CAPS LOCK
Read instructions and click Start.
Select the Zoned School your child will be attending.
New Student Enrollment Information (Step 1)
Fill in all required information (*)
Enter your student’s information
Enter the full name as it appears on the Birth Certificate
The birthdate format is MM/DD/YYYY, Verify Birthdate & Age
Expected Enrollment Date (Your Child's First Day of School)
The 2023-24 School Year Starts August 14, 2023
Click Complete & Next
New Student Guardian Information (Step 2)
If you are an Existing Pasadena ISD family:
Existing Family Guardians will appear filled in. You will have the option to update and add additional details.
If you are a New Pasadena ISD family proceed to fill in any additional information.
Proof of Residence (*)
Upload the saved copy of your Proof of Residency from your phone or computer.
This document is required to continue.

Fill in all required information (*)
Provide additional phone numbers the contact(s) can be reached at, if available.
Provide as much information as possible. Emergency contacts can be modified as needed once the student is enrolled.
You may add additional contacts at the bottom of the form by clicking the Add Emergency Contact button. (Max. 6 Contacts)
To remove a contact, click the "Clear Emergency Contact" button to the left of the contact information box.
You cannot modify the name of an existing emergency contact. To create a new contact, click the "Add Emergency Contact" button below the last emergency contact.

The first question includes all Grade levels; EE, PK, and K-12.
Click Complete & Next
Student Residency Questionnaire (Step 6)
Fill in all required information (*)
Read Bold Headers For Instructions.
Click Complete & Next
Foster Care (Step 7)
Fill in all required information (*)
If applicable, upload supporting document.
Click Complete & Next
Transportation (Step 8)
If applicable, select a response.
Click Complete & Next

Check "*I Agree", to continue.
Click Complete & Review
Review
Review All Information
If needed, click "Edit" to make any corrections. The Edit button can be found on the right side of each Step.
Once the change has been made to the Step, click Complete & Review to return to the Review Screen.
Once you have verified all information:
Check the "I confirm that all of the above information is correct to the best of my ability." check box.
Click Submit Form
Once submitted, you will receive a "Thank You" message on the screen.
Before school starts, you will need to set up an appointment with the campus to complete the enrollment process.
