Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and do not have a login, who do I call?
A: Get in contact with your child's school and ask to speak with an Attendance Clerk. They will be able to send you an e-mail to get started with setting up your account.
Q: If I am a Parent/Guardian and forgot my username/password, where do I start?
Note: You must have an E-mail on file with your child's school to receive further instructions.
Q: Is my child's information in Skyward in real time?
A: Yes. All grades, attendance, and other student data is in real time.
Q: How do I go about updating my student's emergency contacts/health alerts?
A: We recommend you get in contact with your child's campus regarding any changes as soon as possible.
Q: Does my child need my username and password to see their grades?
A: No, each student has their own account. They will use their district login and password to view their grades, attendance, etc.
The Skyward Dashboard is the home screen for most features and online forms. If you have more than one child in the district they will all appear on the dashboard.

Through out the year, Online Forms are used to collect and update information. Each online form is a process made up of steps to ensure the information the District has on file is accurate and up to date. Click here for more information on the different forms that are available in Family Access.
The Portfolio area of Family Access enables you to view your child or children's portfolio attachments. You can see a list of your child or children's attachments such as transcript attachments or report cards for your child, which includes the name and type for each attachment. The Texas Assessments area of Family Access provides you with a link to your child or children's State Assessments. The Texas Assessments Parent Portal link enables you to view your child or children’s State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR), and or the Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) assessment results.
