Clever is an app that provides automatic rostering as well as a web portal for connected apps. When students are added to your class, Clever will automatically roster these students in Freckle, Seesaw, and Typing Club (grades 3-5) during the next roster sync with PowerSchool. Clever syncs rosters every two hours.

After logging in with Google or a Clever Badge, Clever provides access to Freckle, Seesaw, and Typing Club without needing to log into these apps again. NOTE: Students may log into Freckle, Seesaw, and Typing Club directly without first logging into Clever.

Students should select "Access Student Clever Portal" from the home pages of OUSD schools or the district home page.

How to Download Clever Badges
The district will place Clever badges in your student log in folder along with your student log in spreadsheet. You will need to download individual student badges when new students arrive mid-year.
If you haven't printed your badges before, here are the directions:
Log into the OUSD Clever Portal
Click Classes.
Choose your class
Click Download Set of Badges.
