Thrift Sale

On 20 August 2025, the Nanyang Nature Society (NYNS) organized a thrift sale featuring pre-loved clothes, accessories, and hand-painted CDs made from textile waste, with prices starting from just $1. Rainbow cookies were also available. Students from Nanyang Girls’ High School not only showcased their commitment to sustainability and reducing textile waste, but also actively supported the cause by purchasing items at the sale. All proceeds went to the NYNS 4 Degrees Café and future environmental projects.

2025年8月20日，南洋大自然协会举办了一场二手义卖活动，售卖二手衣物、饰品以及由纺织废料制成的手绘光盘，价格低至1新元。现场还提供彩虹饼干。南洋女中的学生不仅展示了她们在推动可持续发展和减少纺织浪费方面的努力，也通过积极购买义卖商品来支持这项环保事业。义卖所得款项将全数捐赠给NYNS旗下的“4 Degrees Café”及未来的环保项目。
